Vintage racer registration and safety inspection will be from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM Saturday with vintage racing starting at 10:00.

We are reserving pit spots in Fremont this year. Click Here for a map (updated 9-25) showing the sold spots.

We will be running the Quick 16 on Saturday, and there will be Pro racing practice and testing throughout the day Saturday (as time permits). Tech for the Quick 16 will be PRERACE starting at 7:00 Saturday morning.

NHSA Quick 16 Shootout
Saturday

	All sleds wishing to try out for the NHSA Shootout will get to make two runs on Saturday morning. We will take the quickest 16 sleds from these runs.
	Rules:
	625 pounds minimum weight with rider (575 pounds for twins). 1000 CC. max engine displacement No power adders (Turbos, Superchargers, or NOS) No Oxygenated Gas Current ISR safety requirements Sleds will race two at a time. Lane choice will go to the quickest winning E.T. in the previous round.
	Purse: $100.00 registration - 100% payback + $2,000.00 Bonus.

Also under the NHSA Championship banner, remove the NHSA Bracket Bash and replace with the following;

	Registration opens at 7:30 AM and will close at 9:00 AM SHARP!

	ISR safety rules are in effect for all competitors. No cleated tracks and all sleds must have working tethers.
	Classes will be announced soon




	Awards will be trophies for 1st , 2nd & 3rd place Please also replace the NHSA Shootout with the above NHSA Quick 16 Shootout description.

The format at the NHSA Championship will change for 2009. There will be no NHSA Shootout or Bracket Bash. There will be Vintage drag races Saturday afternoon. We will be running the mini sleds both Saturday and Sunday during the main race intermission.

Friday Oct.9 Amateur Racing 6:00 - 9:00 (registration 4:00 - 5:30)

Sat. Oct. 10 Pro racing qualifying 10:00 (registration 7:30 - 9:00)

Vintage Racing 2:00 (registration 10:00 - 12:00)

Sun. Oct. 11 Last chance qualifiers for Pro racers 10:00

Classes and rules for the vintage races are being finalized and will be posted when complete.

$10,000.00 in bonus money + 100% payback given in Pro classes on Sunday. Must qualify Saturday to race Sunday.
